Using Tourney Trail
By creating an account or using Tourney Trail you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You must be an adult (18 or older) to create an account. The app is for parents, guardians, coaches and team managers. Children should not use it directly. You may only add information about a child if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.
Your account and content
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You own what you add (trips, photos, messages). You give us permission to store and show it to you and to the people you share it with, only to run the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.
Trip info is a guide, not a guarantee
Dates, schedules, addresses, weather, drive times, prices and AI suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm important details with the tournament, your team, airlines, hotels and rental companies. The emergency card is a convenience, not a medical service — in an emergency call 911 (or 112 in Europe).
Bookings and partner sites
Tourney Trail does not sell travel. Buttons for hotels, cars and flights take you to other companies (such as Expedia, Kayak, Turo, Enterprise and Stay to Play). Any booking is between you and that company under its terms. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Tourney Trail is not responsible for missed games, travel costs, or losses that come from relying on the app.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@tourneytrail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
